بیست‌وهشتمین نمایشگاه بین‌المللی نفت، گاز، پالایش و پتروشیمی روزهای ۱۹ تا ۲۲ اردیبهشت‌ماه ۱۴۰۳ در محل دائمی نمایشگاه‌های بین‌المللی تهران برگزار می‌شود.
